Delivery Information
We want you to be confident when ordering from us. Here’s how our deliveries work:
Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery – Orders over £30 are eligible for free delivery.
- Standard Delivery – Orders under £30 are subject to a delivery fee of £6.50.
Delivery Service
- All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Delivery is available to mainland UK addresses only.
- Same Day Dispatch – Place your order by 2pm (Monday–Thursday) and we’ll dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 10am on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
- Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
- Weekends & Bank Holidays – Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Backorders
- We accept backorders.
- In-stock items will be dispatched immediately, backordered items will be shipped all together as soon as they are available (Estimated 5-7 working days to dispatch)
- One delivery charge only – You will not be charged twice for delivery, even if your order is split into two shipments.
Delivery Times
- Royal Mail delivery times vary depending on your location, but in most cases you can expect your order to arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Important Information
- We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public bank holidays.
- During peak periods (such as Christmas), delivery times may be longer than usual.
