Returns Policy
We want you to be confident when ordering from us. Here’s how our returns work:
1. Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)
- You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to cancel.
- To cancel, use the Returns Portal in your account menu, or email support@pclips.co.uk within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- You may handle the items only as you would in a physical shop to inspect them.
- Important: If the items have been used, fitted, or installed, we cannot accept them for a refund.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
- For change-of-mind returns, we refund the price of the goods only; standard delivery charges are not refunded (unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied).
- You are responsible for the return postage costs, unless the items are faulty.
3. After the Cooling-Off Period
- We do not accept returns for “change of mind” after the 14-day cooling-off period.
- This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your items are damaged, defective, or materially different from your order, please use our returns portal to submit your return request, as soon as possible.
- We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.
- We will provide a prepaid return label or QR code, which you can take to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office or participating drop-off location—no printer required.
